(92 News) – Already plagued with fitness problems the national cricket team is embroiled in even more problems. According to sources, some senior players showing frustration on a tough training schedule were not complying with the coach’s directions. As a result, fielding coach Grant Luden sent his resignation to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). However, PCB has not accepted Luden’s resignation and he is still with the team in Christchurch. Sources added that Luden had a spat with Shahid Afridi, Ahmed Shehzad and Umar Akmal. PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan has directed team manager Naveed Akram to resolve the issue.
