FIR lodged against 600 PML-N leaders including Maryam for violating Corona SOPs

According to the details, the police booked PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, MNA, Malik Riaz, Waseem Khokhar, Talal Chaudhry, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Malik Abrar and others at the Police Station Shahdara.

The PML-N leaders were booked under clauses of the Punjab Sound System Regulation Act, violation of COVID-19 SOPs and provoking people against the government.

On November 20, the Punjab Health Department had banned big public gatherings allowing only up to 300 people with COVID-19 SOPs in place due to coronavirus concern.

Earlier, Maryam Nawaz said that they will have to send the fake government if they want to run the wheel of progress and end inflation.

Addressing rallies at different places on Monday, she said that Imran Khan could do nothing except devastation during the last two and a half month. "This government is the thief of wheat, flour, 'roti', electricity, gas and medicines," she said.

Maryam Nawaz said that children are dying due to lack of funds in hospitals. "I have come out after putting my life at stake," she added.

She said that had scheduled the last meeting in Lahore as it will announce its verdict on December 13. "Only a few days are left in the departure of the fake prime minister. The responsibility of sending the fake PM home is on Lahore, which will tell the days of the fake government are numbered," he added.

She said that the Lahore public meeting would not stop. "No chair is vacant in the meeting in Daroghawala," she added. Maryam Nawaz was on a visit to six areas of the city in connection with the PDM meeting on December 13. 

Meanwhile, the police have registered a case against PML-N leaders on the charge of instigating the people.

On the other hand, a case was registered against 10 nominated and 150 unknown workers of the PPP for taking out a rally on the Mall Road.
