Fire breaks out in Karachi's factory

KARACHI (92 News) – A fire broke out in factory near Karachi's Azizabad in Bhingoria Goth on Thursday.

According to details, as many as three fire tenders and water bowsers are taking part in the fire-fighting operation at the factory near Azizabad in Bhingoria Goth.

The power supply of the factory was immediately disconnected as the fire engulfed part of the building.

At least two factory workers sustained burns who were shifted to local hospital for medical assistance.

Pakistan lacks safety measures for workers. In one of it deadliest factory fire in a Karachi's Baldia area in 2012 over 250 people were burnt to death.
