Fire erupts in foam factory in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – A fire erupted in a foam factory near a site area at Zia Chowk in Karachi on Thursday. According to the details, ten fire tenders, the rescue teams reached at the spot and started the operation to extinguish the fire. The police and ambulances have also reached at the scene to assist the operation. Smoke covered the building and sky. No loss of life has been reported so far. Six people including two fire brigadier official injured. The fire could not be controlled till now. Factory workers said the fire broke out before their arrival at the building. The cause of the blaze is not known yet. The fire initially broke out at 8am. The fire brigade had completely doused it before it erupted again later in the day.
