Firing between two groups kills two in Jaranwala

FAISALABAD (92 News) – At least three people were killed and two others injured when two groups opened fire on each other in Jaranwala’s suburban area on Friday. The incident occurred over old enmity in Jaranwala’s suburban village 109-RB, when firing erupted between two armed groups, injuring five people. The injured people were shifted to hospital where three succumbed to injuries. The deceased people were identified as Jameel alias Fauji, Ahsan Ali and Rafaqat Ali, while the injured men identified as Shabbir and Rashid. Police have not yet lodged a case against the accused.
