Five accused belonging to banned BLA indicted in Chinese consulate attack case

KARACHI (92 News) – Five accused belonging to the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) were indicted in the Chinese consulate attack case on Monday.

However, the accused including Ahmed Hasnain, Nadir Khan, Ali Ahmed, Abdul Latif and Aslam pleaded not guilty.

The police told court that India had provided financial assistance to the terrorists and two of the accused had confessed to the crime. They said that the accused had facilitated the dead terrorists.

The police told court that the government will approach Interpol for arresting the absconding accused.

The court issued notices to the witnesses and the investigation officers. The court has already declared 15 accused as absconders in the case.
