Five bogies of Jaffar Express derailed as railway track blown up
NASIRABAD (92 News) – The railway track near Nasirabad was blown up and five bogies of Jaffar Express derailed killing at least five persons on Sunday.
The train was going to Quetta. Eight persons sustained injuries in the incident. The rescue teams reached the spot and started shifting the victims to the hospital.
The explosion damaged the railway track as well and the locomotion of other trains is also affected. The authorities have started interrogating the matter.
The security personnel and police rounded up the area and started the investigation. Moreover, it has been learnt that railway officials are trying to reinstate the track as soon as possible.

Twin blasts damages railway tracks near Hyderabad
On May 26, 2018, as many as two blasts occurred at the railway track near Hyderabad, destroyed one and half feet railway track.
The blasts took place on the railway track near Sehrish Nagar, suspending traffic on both up and down tracks for a while. Meanwhile, the bomb disposal squad declared the railway track as clear.
Two injured in blast on track near Sibbi
Earlier, two people were injured in a blast on the railway track at Mangoli near Sibbi. Two bogies of Bolan Express derailed due to blast. The traffic was suspended on the track after the blast. A heavy contingent of police and FC reached the spot.
Earlier, at least seven people were killed while 13 others injured in twin blasts at a track near Machh area of Bolan district on Friday. A Rawalpindi bound Jaffer Express was damaged in the blasts. The dead and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Machh.
Police, while foiling a bomb plot at railway track, have shot dead a terrorist when he was trying to plant bomb on the track near Domaili Morr in Jhelum. A terrorist tried to blow up the railway track near Domaili Morr but the police reached the spot and foiled his bid.
The terrorist opened firing after seeing the police and threw hand grenades, in retaliation, the police killed the terrorists on the spot, while police officials and Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) reached the spot. The security forces cordoned off the area and launched search operation.
