Five flights cancelled, 10 delayed as intense fog engulfs Punjab’s plain areas

LAHORE (92 News) – As many as five flights were cancelled and 10 delayed due to intense fog engulfing plain areas across the province on Wednesday. The canceled flights include Lahore-Oslo flight (PK-751), Abu Dhabi-Lahore flight (PK-264) and Lahore-Karachi (PK-307). Moreover, Lahore-Riyadh (PK-755), Lahore-Karachi (PK-303), Lahore-Jeddha (PK-Pk-859) and Jeddah-Lahore (PK-860) flights were delayed. The Motorway remained closed from Lahore to Kot Momin. Moreover, it was also closed at Multan, Khanewal, Gojra and from Pindi Bhattian to Faisalabad. Motorway-III has also been closed from Lahore Summundari. On the other hand, traffic was also affected by fog on highways.
