QUETTA (92 News) – At least five people were killed and another injured when some unidentified armed men opened firing in the provincial capital’s Kasi Road on Monday. As per details, some unknown armed assailants riding a motorcycle opened firing on a car heading towards Hazai Ganji vegetable market, killing five persons on the spot and wounding another. The attackers managed to flee after the incident. According to initial investigation reports, the incident was an act of targeted killing. The bodies of the victims and injured were shifted to a local hospital, while police have launched an into the incident. Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri has strongly condemned the incident. In a statement, he expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives of innocent people and expressed sympathies with the bereaved families.
