Flagship reference: NAB presents new documents against Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) produced new documents against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the Flagship reference on Friday. The accountability court gave a questionnaire to Khawaja Haris, counsel for Nawaz Sharif. Initially, the questionnaire containing 50 questions has been given to the accused. During the hearing, Khawaja Haris and the NAB prosecutor exchanged hot words. In the Al-Azizia reference, the court rejected the NAB objection on providing the questionnaire to Nawaz Sharif. Mian Nawaz Sharif, the accused, will record his statement under section 342 on Monday. The court also recorded the statement of the investigation officer. The hearing has been adjourned until Monday.
