All flights to Northern Areas cancelled

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Following the directions of the Civil Aviation Authority's (CAA) all flights in the Northern Areas have been cancelled on Wednesday. The flights in the Northern Areas were cancelled after the Civil Aviation authority closed the air space in the region. The cancelled flights include those scheduled for Chitral, Skardu and Gilgit. On the other hand, Peshawar Motorway M-I from Burhan to Rashkai has been closed for construction.
