ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that there will be no compromise on corruption. Expressing his views in the National Assembly on Tuesday, he said that the opposition amendments will leave the NAB meaningless. "The opposition should show flexibility not for Imran Khan and the government, but for Pakistan," he said. Qureshi said that the country will not be able to get facilities granted by FATF if the government accept the opposition's proposals. "Imran Khan thinks the country cannot make progress till elimination of corruption. I once again appeal to the opposition to cooperate to earn freedom from the FATF grey list," he said. He urged the opposition not to show narrow-mindedness. Later, the National Assembly session was postponed till 11am on Wednesday.
