FO summons Afghanistan's ambassador over terrorist attack

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Foreign Office has on Monday summoned Afghan Deputy Head of Mission Sayed Abdul Nasir Yousufi in protest against the terrorist attack on three checkposts in Mohmand Agency from across the border which in which five armed forces personnel martyred. The Foreign Office summoned Afghan Deputy Head of Mission Sayed Abdul Nasir Yousufi to denounce the terrorist attack from across the border in Afghanistan which martyred five security forces personnel. Director General Afghanistan Desk Mansoor Ahmad Khan handed over protest documents to the Afghan Deputy Head of Mission. The foreign office said that Pakistan want strict action against terrorist groups that have been hiding in Afghanistan. Earlier, terrorists from across the border in Afghanistan had attacked three check posts in Mohmand Agency. According to reports, Pakistani forces gave a befitting response to the attack and killed over ten terrorists in the exchange of fire. Five personnel of the security forces also embraced martyrdom in the exchange of fire. On the other hand, as many as 262 Afghan citizens including were deported to Afghanistan by Pakistan on Torkham border. The deported Afghan nationals were travelling in Pakistan without documents.
