ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Foreign Office (FO) on Tuesday summoned the Indian acting high commissioner (HC) and strongly condemned the Indian violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. According to the reports, the acting foreign secretary summoned the Indian acting HC in the FO and strongly condemned the Indian violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. The FO stated that eight Indian aircrafts were effectively intercepted by Pakistani Air Force Jets at approximately 2:54am today and forced to scuttle back, while randomly releasing their ordinance which landed in an uninhabited remote area. Baseless, reprehensible Indian claims of targeting a large terrorist camp and resultant causalities to placate Indian domestic audience and electioneering were strongly rebutted. The acting foreign secretary categorically stated that Indian aggression was a threat to regional peace and stability and would get a befitting response by Pakistan at a time and place of its choosing. He also condemned the baseless Indian allegations against Pakistan’s involvement in the recent attack in Indian-held Jammu Kashmir and reiterated Pakistan’s principled position of continuing support to the peaceful political struggle of the Kashmiri people for the realization of the right to self-determination as enshrined in the UN Security Council resolutions.

Let India come and stay in Pakistani airspace for 21 minutes. We will see what will happen next,” he termed. The DG ISPR said that there had been tensions between Pakistan and India for the last days. “India has claimed to have killed 350 ‘terrorists’. Where are the bodies or debris if their claims are true?” Earlier today, Indian Air Force fighter jets violated Line of Control (LoC) in Muzaffarabad Sector and had to flee following the Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) immediate response, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said. In a follow-up post, he added that  Indian aircraft intruded from Muzafarabad sector. Facing timely and effective response from Pakistan Air Force released payload in haste while escaping which fell near Balakot. No casualties or damage was reported till the filing of this report. “Indian aircraft intrusion across LoC in Muzafarabad Sector within AJK was 3-4 miles. Under forced hasty withdrawal aircraft released payload which had free fall in open area. No infrastructure got hit, no casualties. Technical details and other important information to follow,” the DG ISPR tweeted earlier.
