Foreign players arriving Pakistan ahead of PSL 5 action
LAHORE (92 News) – Foreign players participating in Pakistan Super League (PSL) season five from Australia, South Africa and England are arriving to join their teams before the matches begin.
The arrival of foreign guests is continued ahead of four days left to celebrate Pakistan’s biggest cricket festival, the preparations for the event are in the final stages.
Australia cricketer Shane Watson was taken aback by the reception he received upon arrival in Pakistan. The 38-year-old was received by his Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Quetta Gladiators owner Nadeem Omer at the airport. While speaking in a video released by PCB, Watson expressed his surprise over the reception. “I wasn’t expecting this. Cheers, thank you,” Watson said. Watson, the most-sought after Twenty20 (T20) cricketer, has featured in all four previous editions of the HBL PSL.
