Formal ceremony to honor PM Abbasi held at PM office

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A formal welcome ceremony in honor of newly elected Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was held at the PM office in Islamabad on Thursday. A smartly turned out contingent of the armed forces presented salute to him. He also inspected the guard of honor. National anthem was played on the occasion. Abbasi had taken oath of the office on August 1 after being elected to the top slot. He has been in politics since 1988 and won the election of member of national assembly six times.
