Former AJK PM wants COAS Gen Raheel Sharif to be President after retirement

SIALKOT (92 News) – Former Azad Kashmir prime minister Sardar Ateeq has on Monday said that the non-state political parties are damaging Kashmir cause and non-state political parties should decide their future keeping in view the interest of Kashmir.

Addressing a press conference in Sialkot on Monday, Sardar Ateeq said that it would be costly for present leaders to putting aside Kashmir issue as the independence of Kashmir would strengthen Pakistan.

He said that the noose is being tightened against corrupt politicians and soon the Punjab’s corrupt politicians will undergo accountability.

Former prime minister demanded the government to appoint Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif as President of Pakistan after his retirement.
