Former govt destroyed foreign policy as well as economy: Marriyum

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the former government had destroyed the foreign policy as well as economy.

Talking to the media on Wednesday, she said that the present government is compensating for the incompetence of the former government. "The PML-N saved Pakistan from being bankrupted. Today bread, flour and sugar is not available for the people of Pakistan. Today's inflation is continuity of the last four years," he added.

APP adds: Marriyum Aurangzeb strongly condemned an 'organized campaign' allegedly run by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on social media over demise of former religious minister Mufti Abdul Shakoor.

“For the last three days, it has been observed that some elements on social media are linking the accident either with some conspiracy, terrorism or a planned killing which is totally wrong,” the minister said, while responding to a calling attention notice raised in the National Assembly.

She deplored the 'irresponsible behavior' shown by the PTI workers and social media activists who allegedly shared some posts to mislead the masses on the death of late Mufti Shakoor.
