KARACHI (92 News) – Former International Cricket Council (ICC) chairman Ahsan Mani has on Friday termed Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as the weakest board in the world. Addressing a book launching ceremony in Mehta Palace on Friday, he strongly criticized the PCB saying that the PCB is considered a weak board in the ICC as it is considered just West Indies, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka. Ahsan Mani said that large number of appointments in PCB on political basis is the main problem, adding that a large portion of board’s income is spent to pay salaries of an army of around nine hundred employees and management affairs. The former ICC chairman went on to say that the situation of domestic cricket was also disappointing.
