Former interior minister Chaudhary Nisar refuses to take oath as MPA

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Former interior minister Chaudhary Nisar has refused to take the oath as MPA.

Sources said that Chaudhar Nisar would not come to the Punjab Assembly to take the oath as the MPA. However, close aides to Chaudhary Nisar have denied the reports about taking the oath and having links.

They said that Chuadhary Nisar cannot de-seated until amendment to the constitution.

Chaudhary Nisar said that it was no written in the law a member not taking the oath would lose his membership.

He said that he was neither taking the oath nor resigning as MPA nor his son is taking part in the by-election.
