ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Four expelled leaders of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) have convened a key meeting in Islamabad on December 29.

The expelled leaders, including Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani, Maulana Gull Naseeb Khan, Maulana Shujaul Mulk and Hafiz Hussain Ahmed, have summoned different leaders opposing the policies of Maulana Fazalur Rehman.

All the four leaders have expedited contacts with like-minded leaders. After the meeting, they will announce their future strategy.

On Friday, the JUI-F had suspended the membership of four senior leaders of JUI-F, including Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani. "Maulana Fazalur Rehman considered JUI-F as his property and he is violating the decisions himself," Hafiz Hussain Ahmed strongly reacted to his suspension.

Maulana Sherani had strongly criticized PDM and termed JUI-F Fazalur Rehman as an expert liar. Maulana Shuja ul Mulk also supported Maulana Sherani and highlighted irregularities in the party. Maulana Gull Naeeb alleged that ideological workers of JUI-F were being sidelined.
