Four killed after being hit by speeding car at Islamabad’s Srinagar Highway

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - At least four people were killed and two injured after being hit by a speeding car at Islamabad’s Srinagar Highway on Tuesday.

According to the details garnered, a speeding car hit other vehicles at G-11, Islamabad, leaving four dead and two severely wounded and fled from the scene.

According to police, a caravan of five vehicles violated red signal and one of them hit a car and motorbike as well as hit the people on the highway. The driver and the vehicle were taken into custody by police officials.

Rescue sources said that three among deceased people belong to Mansehra and identified as Amir Shakeel, Farooq and Haider Ali. Traffic Police told media that CCTV footages are being collected to ascertain the details about the vehicle.
