Four terrorists blow themselves up after encounter in Loralai

LOARALAI (92 News) – Four terrorists blew themselves up after exchanging fire with security forces in Loralai on Tuesday. A woman is among the killed terrorists. Four police officers were also injured in an exchange of fire. Moreover, four people were injured when the wall of the house collapsed due to the blast. The security forces conducted a raid at a hideout. On seeing the security forces, the terrorists opened fire, which was retaliated. The injured people have been shifted to hospital. The area was cordoned off after the incident. A few days ago, six Levies personnel were martyred in a terrorist attack in Balochistan's Sanjavi. According to sources the six members of a law enforcement agency were posted at the check-post in Lal Katai on Sanjavi-Loralai road, which was attacked by assailants with heavy weapons.

Six Levies personnel martyred in attack on check post in Ziarat

On March 20, six Levies personnel were martyred in an attack on a check post in Lal Khattai area of Ziarat’s tehsil Sanjwani. According to details, unidentified assailants opened indiscriminate fire on the Levies check-post injuring many personnel who were shifted to nearby hospitals. Six personnel embraced martyrdom in the attack and the condition of some of the injured is stated to be critical. The attackers also took away the weapons of the personnel. After the attack, Levies and FC contingents reached the scene and cordoned off the area. A search operation was also started to look for the perpetrators. Deputy Commissioner Qadir Bakhtakani confirmed that six personnel were martyred in the attack and that the check-post was attacked in the dead of the night.’
