Full dress security rehearsal held at cricket stadium in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – Full dress security rehearsal was held at National Stadium in Karachi on Sunday to review complete security plan for the final of third edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) final that will be played on March 25. A large number of Police and Ranger personnel were deployed around the stadium. All roads leading to the stadium were blocked for traffic. Foreign security experts including Reg Dickason who is associated with International Cricket Council (ICC) and Federation of International Cricket Association (FICA) and will present his report about security to the ICC were also present on the occasion. The 3rd edition of PSL will start from February 22. All the league matches will be played in Sharjah and Dubai while 2 playoffs will be played in Lahore and final will be played in Karachi.
