Funeral prayer of former DG ISI Gen (r) Hamid Gul offered

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – The funeral prayer of former Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief General (r) Hamid Gul was offered at Race Course ground on Sunday. Important civil and military personalities including Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, former COAS General (r) Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani, General Faiz Chishti, former chief justice Tasaduq Hussain Jeelani, DG ISPR Asim Bajwa, President Azad Kashmir Sardar Yaqoob, Moulana Samiul Haq attended the funeral prayer. Talking to media Moulana Samiul Haq said that Gen (r) Hamid Gul was a brave soldier. Hamid Gul had died last night due to brain hemorrhage in result of low blood pressure in Murree. He was shifted to CMH Murree in critical condition but could not recover.
