Funeral prayers for Begum Shamim Akhtar to be offered on Nov 28

Rasm-e-Qul will be held on Sunday (29th November), which will be attended by the Sharif family members.

Earlier on recommendation of the Home Ministry, the Punjab Cabinet approved the release of PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz from Kot Lakhpat jail on five-day parole.

PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique said that refusal to release Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz is a shameful act. "It is better for Nawaz Sharif to stay abroad if nets of conspiracies have been woven against him here," he said.

He said that inflation had increased manifold in the country. "Now Imran Khan should himself quit," he added.
