Gas crisis occurred due to criminal negligence, corruption of govt: Shahbaz Sharif

LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif says the gas crisis was caused by the government's criminal negligence, incompetence and corruption.

PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif in his statement said that the gas crisis after inflation is a sign of failure after failure. The government could not arrange gas on time and at a reasonable price.

He said that this situation could have been avoided today if the government had focused on the issues of gas supply and public convenience instead of constantly lying and passing black laws by force.

Shahbaz Sharif further said that every step taken by the government reminds the people of old Pakistan in the face of inflation and problems. After flour and sugar power, gas shortage and inflation is a double oppression on the people.
