Gas prices will be increased gradually: Hammad Azhar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister for Energy Hammad Azhar has said that prices of gas will not be increased suddenly, but gradually their rates will go up.

Talking to the media on Thursday, he said that in the meeting, members asked about the reserves of gas. “Prime Minister Imran Khan told that gas reserves are going down. We can fulfil domestic demand by importing gas. Annually gas reserves come down to nine percent,” he added.

Hammad Azhar and Minister for Defense Pervez Khattak exchanged harsh words in the meeting regarding the matters of gas.
