KARACHI (92 News) – The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) has held the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) responsible for its defeat in the Senate election.

In the Sindh Assembly, the total members of the PTI, the MQM and the GDA were 65. Aslam Abro and Shehryar had already announced not to vote for the PTI nominee.

Moreover, six members of the opposition also voted for the Pakistan People's Party (PPP).

GDA parliamentary leader Hasnain Mirza said that Pir Sadruddin Rashadi got six less votes. He demanded that the opposition should search black sheep in their ranks.

He said that the GDA would raise the issue at each forum.
