General Bajwa continued to deceive me, says Imran Khan

LAHORE (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that General Bajwa continued to deceive him, saying that only Gen Bajwa is responsible for toppling his government and crisis in the country.

He was talking to senior journalists at his residence on Tuesday. "Can anyone else do as much damage to the country as General Bajwa did? The NAB was under the control of General Bajwa who gave the NRO despite my opposition. I refrained from criticizing Gen Bajwa in fear of the imposition of the Article 6," he maintained.

Imran Khan said that Ch Parvez Elahi had given the advice in writing to dissolve the assembly and he would send the advice to the governor on Friday. "The PML-Q has its own policy about General Bajwa. The PML-Q is an independent party and it can hold dialogues with the PML-N," he added.

He expressed his concern over the increase in terrorist incidents. "My political struggle has been for the rule of law which is mandatory for prosperity and democracy," he opined.

Imran Khan said that the PTI would talk to the PML-Q for the seats adjustment.
