General elections: ECP sent revised demand for funds to Govt
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has sent a revised demand for funds to the government for the upcoming general elections.
Preparations for the upcoming general elections have entered the final stages. According to sources, the Election Commission has asked for 18 billion rupees for pre-election preparations. The Election Commission has demanded a total of 47 billion rupees. Which will be given in three stages. 27 billion rupees will be received in the next fiscal year. 18 billion rupees will be provided in a few weeks for the purchase of election materials.
The Election Commission of Pakistan sent its new demand to the Ministry of Finance and ECC.
