General elections will be held on time, reiterates Murtaza Solangi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Minister for Information Murtaza Solangi has said that the general elections will be held on time.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the government has complete trust in the Election Commission of Pakistan.

"I cannot comment on the internal problems of political parties. We have to maintain cordial relations with all parties," he added.

He said that an untoward situation emerged with regard to the Baloch protesters whose demands are old.

"Women and children who have come from Balochistan are being provided protection," he added.
