Girl set ablaze, thrown into ditch over marriage row in Murree

MURREE (92 News) – Five people tried to set a 21-year-old girl ablaze over a marriage row in Upper Deval area on Tuesday. The accused nurtured a grudge against the girl as her family had refused their proposal. On the day of the incident, they forcibly entered her house, set her ablaze and threw her into a ditch. The girl has been shifted to a hospital in Islamabad in a critical condition. A case has been registered against two accused. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused.
