Gold hits Rs350,000 per tola for first time in history
KARACHI (92 News) The gold price on Thursday reached its highest level in history after increasing for the third consecutive day in the country.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs2,000 to Rs350,000 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,715 to Rs300,068.
On the other hand, the price of gold in the global market also increased by $19 to $3,329 per ounce.
On Wednesday, the gold price witnessed a massive rise to reach an all-time high in the local as well as the international market.
The price of gold had increased by Rs8,600 to Rs348,000 per tola, and that of 10 grams of gold had increased by Rs7,373 to Rs298,353 in the country.
In the international market, the price of gold had increased by $46 to $3,310 per ounce.
