Gold Medalist Inam Butt given warm welcome at Lahore airport
LAHORE (92 News) – Inam Butt, wrestler who earned again gold medal for Pakistan in ANOC World Beach Games Qatar 2019, was given a warm welcome after he arrived at Lahore airport on Wednesday.
Pakistan Wrestler arrived in Lahore after participation in World Beach Games held in Doha. He has again won gold for Pakistan. Warm welcome was accorded to him at arrival in Lahore airport.
After reaching in Kamuki, the Pakistani wrestler was again accorded warmly welcome by his fans and they danced on the drum beats. Inam Butt announced to name his victory for oppressed people of Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK).
A day earlier, Butt continues to make his country proud as he bagged a gold medal in the ANOC World Beach Games Qatar 2019.
He won the gold medal fight by 5-2, 5-2 against Georgia’s Dato Marsagishvili.

It is pertinent to mention here that Butt won first gold medal for Pakistan in Men’s freestyle 86kg wrestling by bewildering fellow wrestlers from other participating countries of the world in the XXI Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Muhammad Inam, born in Gujranwala has many credentials for the country. Before this gold medal Muhammad Inam also won gold medal in 2017 Beach Wrestling World Championship in Dalyan, Turkey.
