Govt appoints Ashtar Ausaf Ali as new attorney general

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The federal government has appointed Ashtar Ausaf Ali as new attorney general on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Attorney General Aushtar Ausaf Ali called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. They exchanged views on court cases as well as legal and constitutional affairs.

On the other hand, WAPDA Chairman Lt Gen Muzammal Hussain tendered his resignation on Saturday.

He has sent his resignation to PM Shehbaz Sharif, saying he could not continue work for his personal reason.
