ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The government has decided to abolish the designation of the Federal Ombudsman. An amendment bill has been prepared in this regard. Under the new ordinance, new ombudsmen will be appointed at the district level. The Federal Ombudsman hears at least 75,000 cases annually.
