Govt decides to ban sugar export immediately

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The government has decided to immediately impose a ban on the export of sugar. Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved a summary of the Commerce Division in this regard. According to sources, the export of 350,000 tons of sugar will be stopped after the imposition of the ban. After an exorbitant increase in the flour price, the sugar price also jumped to Rs80 per kg. An increase of Rs10 per kg has been witnessed in the sugar price. In Faisalabad, the sugar price has reached Rs70 per kg from Rs65 per kg.
