Govt decides to introduce robotic surgery at Islamabad PIMS Hospital
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The government has decided to introduce robotic surgery at Islamabad PIMS Hospital.
The Health Ministry spokesperson said that the PC-1 worth Rs1,465 had been approved for the project.
He said that surgeon would be equipped with the state-of-the-art technical facilities.
“Under the project, the surgical services will be upgraded along with the robotic surgery. Steps will be taken to provide high-level training to surgeons. Patients will be able to provide the most modern treatment,” he added.
