Government to send four cases against Sharif family to NAB

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The government has decided to send four cases against the Sharif family to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). Addressing a joint press conference on Saturday, Special Assistant to the PM on Accountability Barrister Shahzad Abkar said that Shehbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz had used the official helicopter illegally. He said that the Sharif family personally spent millions of rupees in the name of security. Barrister Shahzad Abkar said that they are handing over the record of the PM and CM House to the NAB. He disclosed that the NAB will investigate into the London property and documents of the property had been achieved. Special Assistant to the PM on Media Iftikhar Durrani said that the expenditures of the PM House were Rs 340 million in 2016-17. “An amount of Rs 600 million was spent on security in Raiwind. The plane case against Maryam Nawaz will also be sent to the NAB,” he announced. He said that huge expenditures were spent on gift and entertainment.
