ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The government has decided to table the Finance (Amendment) Bill in the Senate on Tuesday.

This was disclosed by Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Babar Awan during 92 News Programme 'Ho Kaya Raha Hai' on Monday. He said that the Senate session will be summoned at 4pm on Tuesday and the bill will be tabled during the session. He offered the opposition to present its proposals with regard to the bill in the Senate.

Babar Awan said that a session of the National Assembly will be summoned on January 10.

He said that Nawaz Sharif should disclose with whom he had struck a deal if he is not a 'paper lion'. "It is reality that things are cheaper in Pakistan as compared to other countries in the world. In December, the prices of commodities reduced as well as stabilized," he maintained.

The adviser assured the overseas Pakistanis that they would vote in the next elections. "There is the best relationship between the government and the institutions. Nawaz Sharif should return and I promise the government will not arrest him. He is in fact a court absconder," he added.
