Govt earning billions by imposing 40pc tax on POL products

ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Khurshid Shah has said the government is earning billions by imposing 40 per cent tax on POL products, 92 News reported. Khurshid said that they will protest against the taxes being imposed on the POL products daily. “It will be assistance to the people wishing to occupy the parliament if the taxes continued to be imposed from outside,” he maintained. He said that the role of a real opposition will be played instead of the politics of ‘Go Nawaz, go’ and ‘Go Musharraf, go’.
