Govt fighting thieves, looters in hundreds fronts: Chohan

LAHORE (92 News) - Punjab Information Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has said that that the government is fighting with the thieves and looters on the hundreds of fronts.

The minister said while speaking to the 92 News program "Subah Saverey Pakistan". he also said that the previous rulers had forged the entire economy and maintained economy through fake way.

"They have looted the whole of Pakistan and they still have links with the mafia," Chohan claimed.

Referring to the Lahore Motorway gang-rape case after arrest of main accused, the provincial minister said that the ruthless man Abid Malhi is about to reach his logical conclusion.

Chohan further assured that there will be no incompetence and laxity in the prosecution of motorway gang-rape case by the government. "There should be no compromise on rape cases in the society and harassment of women," he added.

He also mentioned that the investigation of motorway rape case was completed in 72 hours and the case would be reached on its logical end.

The Punjab minister said that 'All Pakistan Loot Mara Association' has developed mafia all over Pakistan, they still have links with mafia, the government is fighting thieves and looters on hundreds of fronts.
