Govt had itself put Islamabad on lockdown: Bilawal Bhutto

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had itself put Islamabad on lockdown. Talking to the journalists, the PPP chairman said that Prime Minister Imran Khan should not take U-turn on every matter and must keep on his given words. “Khan Saheb himself vows to provide food and container to the opposition parties for sit-in,” he added. Criticizing the incumbent government, Bilawal Bhutto termed that the peaceful protest is right for all the political parties. He said that all the political parties are demanding for the mid-term polls. “The prime minister is responsible for all the crises in the country,” he added. “PTI has itself put federal capital, Islamabad on lockdown. Will continue efforts to send the government packing,” Bilawal Bhutto mentioned. Earlier, Bilawal Bhutto said that they will tell the nation that they want to send the incompetent and puppet government home. “To run Pakistan-like country is not like a cricket match,” he said. Bilawal Bhutto said that they are heading to the political and constitutional crisis. “The Larkana election was not the election, but selection.” He said that the PPP will not bow before the cruel. He demanded that Asif Zardari should be sent to hospital on the basis of the medical report. The PPP chairman said that it I responsibility of the government to provide healthcare facilities to prisoners. “The government wants to pressurize my family by keeping Asif Zardari in such condition,” he said. He said that the PPP will continue democratic struggle. “Protests were staged during the PPP tenure, but it did not stop any protest and found out its political solution,” he maintained. Bilawal Bhutto said that the PPP will continue to expose the lies. “The PPP supports Azadi March politically. The government has locked the parliament as no bill is passed there,” he said. He said that no production order is produced from the parliament. “The PPP had been in good working relation with Maulana Fazalur Rahman,” he said.
