Govt introducing Safe City Project across Kasur: Punjab CM Buzdar

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has said that the government is introducing Safe City Project across Kasur district. In an interview with Anchorperson Dr Moeed Pirzada in 92 News’ Program Hard Talk Show on Wednesday, he said that the minister showing performance will survive. He expressed the resolve that dengue will not be allowed to return with the same intensity next year. The Punjab chief minister said the governoment would form more 115 land record centres by December. “The Land Reforms Policy has been formulated. The name of Patwari will also be changed to a village officer,” he said. He said that they had traced and arrested the Chunian tragedy accused after hectic efforts. “All teams, including the police, worked very well. An amount of Rs 250 million was spent on the DNA tests of citizens,” he said. Usman Buzdar announced said that Child Protection Bureau will be established in Kasur, while Chunian will be linked to Safe City Authority. “We will introduce legislation so that no should dare to commit such crime in future.”
