KARACHI (92 News) – Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) chief Mustafa Kamal on Thursday said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government lied with nation on the matter of jobs and homes. Speaking outside the accountability court, Mustafa Kamal mentioned that the Nespak informed about the ending of K-4 project in Karachi. “No one aware was aware about this update,” he added. “The Sindh government is doing as per its aspirations so it is need of hour that the people should come out from houses against the government for the future of their children,” he maintained. He also termed the allegations of illegal allotment of public land against him as baseless. Commenting on the current political scenario and Jamiat JUI-F’s anti-government protest ‘Azadi March’, the former Karachi mayor said that Fazlur Rehman was disrespected and now a committee has been formed for holding talks with him. “At this time, a war is ongoing in the country to overthrow the government from power,” he said. He said that the prime minister obtained votes, during the elections, in the name of providing 10 million jobs to youths and five million houses. The PSP chief urged the public to actively participate in the demonstration and claimed that the country could not proceed with “such an outdated system”. “This system is not for a common man, everyone is uncertain about the state of affairs in the country,” he said. “In all provinces, chief ministers contain all powers constitutional amendments are required to transfer the powers to the grassroots,” he mentioned, adding that the situation would improve after powers are transferred to district level.
