LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N leader Hamza Shehbaz has said that the government is putting the economy at stake due to its inexperience. Talking to the media outside Punjab Assembly on Wednesday, he said that the government itself will bury under the burden of its lies. “Nothing will happen on South Punjab as the government is dishonest,” he said. He offered the government help in the formation of South Punjab province. Hamza Shehbaz demanded that the government should form a joint investigation team over the Aleema Khan issue. He said that the government is constructing shelter homes on one side and demolishing the huts of the poor on the other side. The PML-N leader said that the power shutdown had reached 12 hours, while the circular debt had crossed Rs 1,000 billion. “There were reserves worth US$23 billion in the kitty when the PML-N left the government. After four months, they stand at US$11-12 billion,” he maintained. Hamza Shehbaz said that the Orange Line project is a public project and those terming it a white elephant are anti-people. He said that the PTI had made false claims and promises to win the elections.
