ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhary has said that the government still wants to talk to the opposition on electoral reforms.

In a statement on Saturday, he said that the PML-N and the PPP should come to discuss the electoral reforms. “Maryum Nawaz had handed over the PML-N to the PPP which later divorced,” he said satirically.

Earlier, Fawad Chaudhry had regretted the escaping tactic of the PML-N from talks on electoral reforms. The minister had said that leaving the process to the Election Commission shows that the PML N has neither understanding of the system nor they have interest in the electoral reforms.

Fawad Chaudhry went on to say why a party will talk about the electoral reforms which always came into power through intrigues.
