Govt taking Punjab towards progress after bringing it out of dark era: CM

LAHORE (92 News) - Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that the government is taking Punjab towards progress after bringing it out of a dark era.

Addressing a ceremony on Friday, she said that containers cannot only be used for protests, but they can also be used for treatment of patients. "About four million people will benefit from the clinic on wheels projects. We will give preference to local doctors for 36 districts," she added.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz approved to start the laptop scheme. She also inaugurated the Pilot Satellite Internet Project at DPS Model Town. She also interacted with female students at DPS Digital Lab.

During a meeting with a member of the UAE royal family, Maryam Nawaz said that a new period for a digital change in education had started.
