ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal has said that the government is unilaterally amending the accountability laws, adding that the ordinance will be based on personality.

Talking to the media on Wednesday, he said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), under the present leadership, looks at the face, not the case.

He said that the government chanting the slogan of accountability had been exposed. "We have been accused of constructing roads at high rates. To the contrary, the government has not constructed any road," he added.

The PML-N leader said that the government is reshuffling the tax recovery of the ministers. "Imran Khan has sold out the watch received from a neighbouring country. The details of all gifts should be made public," he added.

He said that the economy was being destroyed, which could affect the national security. "The finance minister has been named in four offshore companies," he added.
